Bromley now uses the eCDOP system. Any professional notifying the Bromley Child Death Single Point of Contact (CDOP SPOC) about a child death MUST do so electronically by using the following link:

Paper copies of Form A or Form Bs are no longer accepted.

National Child Mortality Database

The NCMD publishes findings once they have analysed information about child deaths from across the whole country. They publish an annual report. Their July 2023 thematic report looked at deaths by physical trauma (such as from road traffic accidents, drowning, abuse, choking, falls).
