Nitrous Oxide - Changes to Legislation
Since 8th November 2023 Nitrous Oxide is now controlled as a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and placed in Schedule 5 to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. This means that it is now illegal to possess nitrous oxide to 'get high' with. See the useful links below for more information:
